Pác Bó, nestled in the mountains of Cao Bằng, holds a sacred place in Vietnam’s history. It was here that President Hồ Chí Minh returned to Vietnam and began a difficult revolutionary journey that would shape the country’s path toward independence.

Amid the peaceful and untouched landscape, Pac Bo became an important base for the revolutionary movement, laying the foundations for the later formation of the Vietnam People’s Army and the Declaration of Independence, which opened a new chapter in the nation’s history.
