RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility Conditions

Products are eligible for exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The exchange request is submitted within 02 days from the date of delivery

  • The product remains in its original condition and has not been used

  • All tags, labels, and packaging (if any) are intact

  • The product is free from any foreign odors (e.g. perfume, fabric softener)

  • The product has not been washed, altered, or otherwise modified

2. Scope of Application

Exchange is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products purchased under SALE promotions

  • Pre-order / made-to-order products

  • Accessories

  • Cases not resulting from defects attributable to là lụa là

3. Exchange Cases

a. Defective Products
If the product has defects attributable to là lụa là (e.g. printing defects, material defects, damage):

  • An equivalent replacement will be provided

  • All two-way shipping costs will be covered by là lụa là

b. Exchanges by Preference (Size / Other Selections).

  • Applicable only when all eligibility conditions are met.

  • Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.

  • Each order is eligible for one (01) exchange only.

4. Important Notes

  • For COD orders: product inspection at delivery is limited to external condition only, if the COD inspection service is selected. Please refer to our inspection policy for details.

  • Once the order has been received and confirmed as completed, all requests will be handled in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy.

  • là lụa là does not offer refunds under any circumstances. The product value may be exchanged for another item or retained as store credit for future purchases.

  • là lụa là reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
