PAYMENT POLICY
1. Prepaid Payment
Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value in advance via:

Bank transfer

QR code (Mobile Banking)
Orders will be processed once là lụa là has confirmed receipt of payment.
Please carefully review all payment details before completing the transfer.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may pay directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery. là lụa là supports product inspection before payment in accordance with our shipping and inspection policy.
For COD orders, inspection is limited to external condition only.
Please refer to là lụa là’s shipping policy for full details.
Customers may refuse to receive the order at the time of delivery if:

The product does not match the order.

The product has clear defects from là lụa là.

The order is incomplete.
Refusals not related to product defects may incur shipping fees in accordance with the carrier’s policy.
3. Pre-order / Made-to-order Products
For pre-order or made-to-order items, là lụa là applies the following policy:

A 50% deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm production.

The remaining 50% must be paid before shipment.
(*) The deposit serves as a commitment to proceed with the order and is non-refundable, except in cases where the product cannot be fulfilled by là lụa là.
4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are confirmed once full payment or deposit is received

Production timelines (for pre-order / made-to-order items) will be communicated at the time of order placement
5. Order Holding Time
Orders will be held for a maximum of 24 hours from confirmation.
After this period, unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
