 Inspired by President Ho Chi Minh's words in a letter to Vietnamese women on the occasion of the anniversary of the Trung Sisters' uprising and International Women's Day in 1952, this design features a silk loom that is not only a symbol of traditional weaving art but also represents the skill and creativity of Vietnamese women in enriching national culture and spirit.

 Like a silk embroidery loom, from their skillful hands, these women tirelessly weave the beauty of the country from the simple things in everyday life. The stork appearing in the design also symbolizes the grace and aspiration of Vietnamese women, portraying the image of women who not only nurture their families but also contribute to the overall prosperity of society. The lotus flower blooming on the silk background is a symbol of noble beauty and unwavering spirit. Like lotus flowers rising from the mud, Vietnamese women are the same – despite facing many difficulties, they maintain their dignity, spreading their fragrance to the world with unwavering loyalty and relentless striving.
