SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to deliveries across all provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for orders placed via the website is 3–5 days.

Please note that delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

Express Delivery (Same-city): Available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City only.

Customers requiring express delivery are kindly requested to contact us via our Fanpage for shipping support.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are delivered via third-party logistics partners.

For same-city express delivery (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), please contact our Fanpage for assistance.

 

Responsibility for Documentation During Delivery

 

  • The shipping partner is responsible for providing delivery documentation during the shipping process.

  • là lụa là is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation related to the goods to both the logistics provider and the recipient.

  • All orders are securely packed and sealed by  là lụa là prior to shipment.

  • The shipping partner delivers goods under the “sealed and intact” principle and provides a delivery note including recipient details (name, phone number, address, and product name).

  • All packages are labeled with recipient information (name, phone number, and address).

  • A valid sales receipt may be included in the parcel (if applicable). Upon confirmation, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer’s registered email.

  • The invoice or sales receipt serves as a basis for complaint resolution (e.g. determining product value, ensuring lawful circulation, etc.).

4. Inspection Policy

 

To ensure a transparent and reliable shopping experience,  là lụa là allows customers to inspect products upon delivery. This policy defines the scope and conditions of inspection to maintain product quality and integrity.

 

Inspection Scope

Customers may perform a quick external check before payment, including:

 

  • Correct model/design as ordered

  • Correct quantity

  • External condition: no tears, no printing defects, no stains, no visible damage

*Inspection is for confirmation purposes only and does not constitute product usage.

 

Inspection Limitations

To preserve product condition and value, inspection does not include:

  • Trying on or using the product (wearing, styling, photographing in use).

  • Fully unfolding or manipulating the product in a way that alters its natural form.

  • Actions that may cause wrinkles, stretching, or affect the fabric structure.

 

Valid Inspection Conditions

Inspection is considered valid when:

 

  • The product retains original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • There are no signs of use or physical impact

  • Inspection is conducted at the time of delivery in the presence of the shipping carrier

5. Right to Refuse Delivery (COD)

Customers may refuse to receive the order and return it to the carrier in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the order

  • The product has clear defects attributable to  là lụa là (e.g. tears, printing defects, stains, damage)

  • The order is incomplete

6. Non-acceptable Refusal Cases

là lụa làreserves the right to decline support in the following cases:

  • Refusal not based on product defects

  • The product has been affected during inspection

  • Subjective reasons (change of mind, personal preference, etc.)

Such cases may incur shipping fees as regulated by the carrier.

 

7. After Delivery

Once the order is received and confirmed as completed:

  • Any issues will be handled in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy

  •  là lụa là will not accept complaints related to inspection if the product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
